• Payments are processed via a third-party payment provider.
• By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected plan.

The platform is provided as a subscription-based service.

• Subscriptions grant access to selected regulatory content and features for the duration of the active subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis.
• Access remains active until the end of the paid billing period.

• Billing date: subscriptions are charged on the same day each billing cycle, starting from the day of purchase.
• Automatic renewal: subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Invoice availability: upon payment, an invoice or receipt may be available by email. Customers may also request a copy by contacting support.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.

How to cancel:

• Send a cancellation request from the registered email address.
• Cancellation applies to the next billing cycle.
• Access remains available until the end of the current paid period.
• No refunds are issued for partially used subscription periods.

• Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by mandatory law.
• Refunds are not provided for unused time, accidental purchases, or lack of usage.
• If a technical issue prevents access to the platform, please contact support so the issue can be reviewed.

• Advance notice: any changes to subscription pricing will be communicated before new billing cycles begin.
• Existing subscriptions continue at the current rate until the end of the current paid period, unless stated otherwise.
• Users may cancel before the new price takes effect if they do not agree with the change.

• Price is subject to VAT where applicable.
• VAT may be calculated based on the user’s location and displayed during checkout.
• Business customers may be required to provide a valid EU VAT identification number where relevant.

Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Sharing login credentials or systematic extraction of content is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misuse or violation of the Terms.
